It started with the lady, Elizabeth greeting me. She ought to teach a class in customer service and knowledge of product. She was awesome and my experience was not the norm, from what I am used to at Uhaul. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Pleasant to deal with should be the norm as Elizabeth has set my expectation. The equipment followed by example. The norm was dented, bent, odd tires, squeaky, rattling. Not with Elizabeth. New truck with 4600 miles and a car transport that had no issues at all and was CLEAN!!! Wow imagine that. I’ll never use another Uhaul except for Elizabeth’s!
