At time of renting a car hauling trailer, I was told specifically that my pickup would fit on the rental. It did not. I was unable to use the trailer. When I returned it, I got a shrug and a “sorry, not our fault…” No offer to refund, future credit or further assistance. Very disappointed and surprised how quickly blame was passed to UHaul. Not an acceptable way to do business! Shame on you, UUU!!
