This dealer that I rented from was inexperienced and struggled with your login and dispatch system. I was there over an hour while they fiddled around on their cell phones, trying to figure out how to make the uhaul rental system work. English not being their first language didn’t help either.

Pavel was very good to work with. My problem was the truck. It was clean and had new tires, but there was an issue with the suspension and balance on the tires. It bounced and shook terribly. Once the truck was loaded it was too late to replace it. It was the worst vehicle I ever got from U-haul.
