There is no sign anywhere indicating 4 D’s Auto Repair. The only sign showing 207 Harrison was a make shift sign to a rolling gate across the street to an empty lot. It was extremely confusing as to where to pick up. My reservation was cancelled even though I had confirmed it just two days before. Shop owner said he canceled since I didn’t answer his call the day before, but I was busy traveling so couldn’t take the call. Cost me 3 extra hours getting this resolved… no moving dolly’s as requested, no blankets, no furniture dolly’s. Pointless to schedule ahead from this location. Please note the actual business and yard is across the street from where Apple Maps or GPS shows.

They just need to report equipment is returned sooner and not 3 or more days later.

I was never told the dolly was not available after they changed my pick up location, and then I had to go rent one very bad customer service. I was charged more than what the app said and this was after they didn't even have the dolly available.

the truck was not checked in when it was dropped off so I got a call about overdue equipment and when I called and talked to Sheila she said I would have to wait until Monday for confirmation.

Pick up location in Taft was a little hard to find but overall was an easy experience. We just had to have them clean the front windshield before heading out. The truck performed properly and no mechanical issues, I don’t normally drive box trucks, but it is worth noting to break early when having a full load in order to come to a full and complete stop at the stop sign or stoplight or at the car in front of you.

Dropped off after-hours, cannot comment on service of the staff. Practical to be able to drop off here.

You charged me $25 xtr for something i did nt get . I only rented the truck nothing else. Your wait time when i called is 20 minutes. I want my money!!!
