Having nothing to do with the pick-up location, this was the biggest disaster ive ever experienced with uhual. I have nothing nice to say about anything I dealt with during this process. I was misinformed by your agents, our reservation is moved twice, which resulted in 40 miles of driving, just to pickup and drop off the truck. I was offered a $40 VIP credit to offset the extra mileage, which was supposed to be applied by the pickup location, but they had no idea how to help with that, bc apparently I was supposed to be given some sort of code. I spent more time talking to uhual agents today than I did talking to my husband today. That's ridiculous.
