Truck was not available at pick up time because of a screw up with having to use that asinine app your company uses. Also, scheduled to drop the truck off in Carriere MS, but nobody was there, so had to try to use that app again, but the app was not working. So, after not being able to check the truck in at 2pm, we had to wait until 5 pm to get checked in. So get rid of that app and when somebody is slated to check in a truck, have somebody there!!!

GAYE TThe truck had some sticky in the floor board. Also we called to use roadside assistance, it took over two hours and no one even came. The 45 minute phone call was more interested in who was in the third car and their names ( we were rear ended) than in getting us help and back on the road. Then had to drive to another location to get another trailer. So 5 hours into a 14 hour trip, we had only made it 2 hours.i paid for all tge extra insurance, not that the accident was our falut, but never got Road side anything. THEN you charged me for going over on miles. NOT what I expected.

Carol MThe location was not the issue. U-Haul’s experience is the issue. If it weren’t for the staff at the location, I may not have been able to pick up my rental. Overall my pickup was less than satisfactory. I was unable to pick up at the time I was given. I was unable to change my pick up time as I was told I would be able to. I was nearly two hours later than the time I was told I could pick up.

He also said that there were bad notes about me in the system, which now strains my relationship with Uhaul. I rent weekly and will no longer do that

kenny SWell for starters I reserved a 26 foot truck that the app said was available at the location less than a mile from my house. One hour before I was supposed to pick up I was called and told they did not have the 26 foot but did have a 20 foot. I told them that would not work I would need to figure something else out. I decided that I could take two trips and could use the 20 foot. I called back and told them I would take it. They told me it was at a location 20 miles away. Drove the 20 miles and picked it up. Was told I could just drop it off at the one by my house. I left, the front tire was flat. I fixed that. Got home and loaded truck. Got up the next morning to drive it to new house. Everything inside was soaked due to a hole in the roof of truck. I fixed the home so my stuff wouldn’t keep getting wet. Finished moving and took truck to location near my house. They said it would cost an extra $235 to drop it off there. So I drove it the 20 more miles that I was being charged for on both trips. Dropped off. I have used you guys before and never had any issues. This time was completely a disaster from the start.

Ricky NAbsolutely horrible experience. You all switched reservations causing me to be 30 minutes late for my movers which cost me an additional $75. You are messed up the reservation in the system and allowed another gentleman to pick up the truck that was supposed to come to me and I was charged for his bill. Still have not received a return phone call nor refund of my money. I will never use U-Haul again and would never recommend to another soul.
