JOSEPH UEverything went well. Kevin was very helpful
GAYE TThe truck had some sticky in the floor board. Also we called to use roadside assistance, it took over two hours and no one even came. The 45 minute phone call was more interested in who was in the third car and their names ( we were rear ended) than in getting us help and back on the road. Then had to drive to another location to get another trailer. So 5 hours into a 14 hour trip, we had only made it 2 hours.i paid for all tge extra insurance, not that the accident was our falut, but never got Road side anything. THEN you charged me for going over on miles. NOT what I expected.
MELISSIA SNo one was on site at drop off and there were no instructions on where to leave the trailer or a number to call.
