Excellent Custumer service
Biniyam SThe convenience store's staff weren't friendly, efficient and customer service oriented. It was very inconvenient as Apple pay wasn't working, tap option was.t available. Normally the gas tank suppose to be full but it was time consuming to fill up the tank as the line was indicated. Overall for the first time we did have so much difficulties to pick up and drop off the U-Haul and this wasn't for the first time we rent the U-Haul. The whole experience was terrible.
Shaheen II reserved a dolly, furniture dolly, and furniture pads. But there was no furniture dolly or pads when we picked up the vehicle. The service was poor and they treated my friend poorly. The website said $64 was payable at the time of pick up but they charged $170. My tv broke during the move because there was no furniture pad. Awful experience!!

Corey EThe trailer I rented had no brake lights, or right hand signal light. Wasn't washed, nor did I receive any assistance hooking it up to my truck, the attendee didn't inspect it with me. So, not the best experience I've ever encountered.

Richard MUpdate the payment system. I was told I was blocked because I owed money from a few years ago that I paid off and had a receipt and they were still telling me that I owed more money and wouldn't let me rent a truck until I give them some more money. They also tell my I couldn't pay without a credit card. I was told I can't use a debt card and that I would have to pay cash. They then told me if I use cash I need to make a deposit of $500 cash to rent a truck. After going through the hassle I get the cash later that night only to find out they cancelled my reservation leaving me to go around and find another u-haul with a truck. When I found one the guy said he doesn't take cash so I had to leave there and find another bank where I can put the cash back onto my debt card. They then tell me I could pay with debt card. So I wasted a whole day cause my original truck pickup time was 9:30am but never got one until 6:30 when I could of just paid the first guy with my debt card. Disgusting customer service with multiple persons from stores and help line giving different information like they all worked at separate companies. Worst customer experience I ever went through.

Traction horrible After calling customer service was told I would be followed up with. Ignored. I'm leaving this comment online in any place I can find until you actually follow up with me And explain Friday a weekday is a weekend rate. Why I should pay premium charges for barely maintained equipment

John SI called ahead and was told there was a 10ft truck available. Arrived 20mins later and was told no I had to take a 15ft truck because the 10 was reserved for 3pm. I paid the additional cost. When I returned the truck at 4pm the 10ft truck was still sitting there. I do not believe it was ever reserved and I was just cornered into paying for a larger truck. The truck was dirty in the cab and in the back. I left it in better cleanliness than I found it. Safety wise the mirrors were not adjustable. They were either in or out but could not be properly angled.

I was charged extra fuel costs even though I returned it with more fuel then I was left with. Now I'm forced to dispute this to try and reclaim the money you have stolen from me for over charging me.
Adam GIt took an hour to get the vehicle after arriving at the pick up location through talking with multiple customer service agents on the phone and uhaul chat. I had even called ahead the week before to make sure everything was ready to go and they said it was all set. I would never recommend UHAUL or this location based on this interaction.

Hawwi Rour u haul wouldn't start- when it finally did we left. the battery was DEAD at our first location and wouldn't start again after loading the entire truck. We had to wait for roadside assistance and miss our move time at the other location. Finally it got boosted- then we got to the other location and it DIED AGAIN, on the street. We couldn't even turn it off after this point and had to dump all our stuff and leave. it was -20 outside, FREEZING cold, and I had no place to sleep that night because the whole event caused us to miss our moving time. I would never do that experience again.

Monique BMy message is not for next customer but for the employee of where we pick up the truck to clean and don't charge us for the mess that we didn't do it. We return the truck right away even we can return it Tuesday..we even return the truck with extra gas...but to experience this so bad behavior employee at 105 Ave NW Edmonton AB which is our designated return uhaul location is not acceptable.

Andrew SWe had a few issues, one was miss placing the key. ( inside the house ). I was under the impression that i had paid the extra for roadside help or it would cost $200 I went back to uhaul location, and asked if had a spare key (no) called uhaul they said that location could agree to add road side as an after the fact thing. Went back to location, worker said he thought i had it he even checked the computer and confirmed i had it. So he called his boss. Who asked to be put on speaker phone to yell at me for being dumb and how he could now charge me late fees and charge me friday, sarurday, Sunday, monday, plus fee for new key so wasnt i smart. I said okay and left. Called uhaul back and they said that first lady was wrong and it would cost over $450 Found key, went to start U-Haul and the music would play but the engine wouldnt start. So we called someone for road side assistance and out one of the ignition fuses was dead and needing replacing which would require changing the key. So it cost 396$ but we finally got the truck going and got it returned in time.

Jordan SThis is the most disgusting experience I have ever had. At the last minute there was a change in the size of the van from a 15 foot to a 10 foot. It took us 5 trips back and forth to complete the move and as seniors this was extremely difficult but I guess what do you care. The amount I was paying for a 15 foot van was cheaper than what I paid. When they changed the van the refused to take my caa card for the discount that I was getting with the first van. This is no way to treat people. I will never use your service again and will make sure no one I know will ever either. This company and the people we dealt with where we picked up the van should all be ashamed of themselves. Give me the credit I am due.
PATRICK MI had reserved a 10' truck at one location and they did not have any equipment available when I showed up. I said I had a reservation and they very quickly said they had no trucks until Monday. I called the reservation center and they were able to find me similar equipment at a nearby location. They also put me in touch with a team that got me the same price (the similar equipment was larger). I appreciated the efforts of the agents I spoke to, but the original pickup location needs to improve.

He claimed his internet wasn’t working but was still charging people with credit and debit and using his phone. Very slow, acted very sketchy and I ultimately was unable to get a truck from them which severely delayed my move.

Carrie AI felt a little uncomfortable that the location had so much paraphernalia for drugs on site. Lots of rolling papers, bongs etc. I came to rent a truck not purchase items that seemed like they may have fallen off the back of a truck. Other than a few trucks parked in the parking lot, a person would not know that this is a Uhaul location.
Carolyn VI had requested a dolly since I was only moving boxes and one didn’t come with the truck. I knew I wasn’t able to get one since this was a really weird “pop up” uhual site. If I actually had the choice I’d rather use a real uhual location. This just seems weird and cheap. Also change out your debit machine’s already this isn’t the year 2000. Get with the times or get left behind.

Jonathan EDouble check the pre booked rentals before renting out equipment that should be on hold. My move was more difficult because I didn’t have all the equipment I had prebooked. And I had to add extra km’s to my trip because I had to find alternative solutions when I should of been able to get everything at pick up.
