The inside was dusty and got dirt on the things packed in it. The trailer had a lot of vibration and incredible noise when empty - the drop off location people told us the tires were bald and unbalanced creating those issues. But the people helping us at the location were very nice.

Self returned. But gave the key to the guy working right before they closed. No Dropbox for the keys from what I noticed. So after hours return wouldn't be a option.
