We booked a truck for 3:00 pm. We arrived to the location at 2:30 and we were told the reservation was for 5:30. We tried to show the man our email which showed 3:00, and he told us that it "doesn't matter what our email says, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else". We had just driven 6 hours in the rain to get there and found the employee rude and unhelpful.
Jason SNothing to suggest. Check in and return were seamless. Truck was ready and they had a few trucks to rent out. The clerk was ready and efficient to get me going and also quick on my return. Very good experience and a great decision for moving on a rainy day. Price couldn’t be beat.

Peter PWhen i visited the place to reserve the truck, they told me the rate will be 1.50$/miles. When they invoiced me they charged 2.50/mile.
