Kenneth SWe booked a truck for 3:00 pm. We arrived to the location at 2:30 and we were told the reservation was for 5:30. We tried to show the man our email which showed 3:00, and he told us that it "doesn't matter what our email says, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else". We had just driven 6 hours in the rain to get there and found the employee rude and unhelpful.
