During my visits, I observed that the staff were not performing their duties professionally and appeared to be engaging in inappropriate or unserious behavior instead of focusing on their work. As a result of this experience, I was advised to contact you to request a refund. I believe this is reasonable given the poor level of service I received. Additionally, I would like to clarify that I am not involved with any individuals or activities associated with this situation. I expect a professional environment and respectful service when visiting your establishment. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that my refund be processed as soon as possible.
