Craig MThe U-Haul had a rancid smell in the back and the floor was dirty and wet. I had to use a whole roll of paper towel to clean it. They also did not have the furniture pads I ordered.

The customer service was excellent; the staff were friendly, helpful, and did everything they could. The wait was entirely due to the slow online system, which could be improved to make the pickup process more efficient.
