When I arrived I walked into the location and what I assume was the owner looked at me and continued to talk to someone else who worked there. I stood there for another minute or two before he looked at me again and then resumed his conversation. I had to interrupt their conversation to tell them I have a U-Haul return and planned to use the app to return it but didn’t know where to park the vehicle. He replied as if I was bothering him and told me where to park it and to bring the key back in. When I came back in with the key I held it in my hand to give it to him. He looked at me and said nothing nor did he take the key. I sat it on the counter, said thank you, and left. I would NEVER EVER pick up or return at this location.

Not secretly charge someone for safe move coverage after they opted out
Tia VIts at a party store and as customers come in its kind of a pain in the behind to have to wait for store customers but staff is friendly and they have a lunch menu so thats a plus with good food.

Christopher RInstructions to go inside the convenience store and ask the clerk for the keys vs the lock box which contain ZERO keys? Inside the uhaul cabin was not really clean and the windows and mirrors were dirty. Even the 800# clerk was confused as to why the keys were not in the lock box?
Roland HThe store order wanted to argue with me about my reservation when I did everything through the app and it was not clear at all where to go to get the keys for the truck. I won’t be using this location again due to the unprofessionalism.
Christopher PMake sure to bring a man with you when dropping off because they won’t help you detach trailer from your truck. You have to do it all yourself. Poor customer service.

JESSICA BThe gas station is sketchy. The lockbox I was given through the app was already unlocked and empty. I had to go inside to talk to the attendant and wait for him to give me the key… this isn’t how the process was designed to be. Felt very out of place and unsafe. Not a good place to leave your car while using the U-Haul.
