I had to use this location vs the original (U-Haul of Albany) as it was explained the 5x9s there could not be rented as they were being held for new license plates. I reserved the trailer 48 hours prior so the system should not have let me reserve them if they were being held for the plates.
Charles HAmanda the representative was rude and condescending. She didn't even hook the trailer up to my vehicle. I will not be using this location again

Sharon FCup holder broken. Reservation moved to thus location the day before without regard for the additional supplies reserved at the same time so had to go to original location to get supplies. When getting to original location to pick up supplies, there was only one person working so getting a dolly and furniture pads took nearly 2 hours (of wasted time). Tow dolly in very poor repair and needed parts greased because all moving parts very hard to use for one not very strong old woman. I have used uhaul for my moving needs for longer than my Children have been alive and this by far is the WORST experience picking up equipment. The turn In of equipment in Daytona couldn't have been easier however. The bright light in an otherwise dark weekend.

Katrina HThis location needs to have better signage, as they are in a small strip, and clearer instructions posted as to where to park the rentals once they are returned. But having the key drop off outside was helpful!
