Cup holder broken. Reservation moved to thus location the day before without regard for the additional supplies reserved at the same time so had to go to original location to get supplies. When getting to original location to pick up supplies, there was only one person working so getting a dolly and furniture pads took nearly 2 hours (of wasted time). Tow dolly in very poor repair and needed parts greased because all moving parts very hard to use for one not very strong old woman. I have used uhaul for my moving needs for longer than my Children have been alive and this by far is the WORST experience picking up equipment. The turn In of equipment in Daytona couldn't have been easier however. The bright light in an otherwise dark weekend.
