The most stressful part of my move was the mobile check out and check in of my Uhaul rental. The app failed on multiple ends, especially accepting picture uploads, which was incredibly frustrating when you have a schedule to keep. Thankfully one of the employees who happened to be nearby after hours was able to try to help before just going in the office and doing everything manually since the app wasn’t working properly. Same with the drop off process. I was able to get help by a chat representative but the process to upload pictures and move through the steps still wasnt working properly. The staff, the equipment, and customer service was all good, but I would not recommend the after hours mobile check in/check out if you can help it. Just do everything at the desk if you can and save yourself the frustration
