Don't mislead people into purchasing more days than they need I was told I would get refunded for the days I return the truck early and that was misleading and incorrect I am very upset with this information I got and I will never rent your truck again

Computer system was down at time of pick up, was suppose to be a one way rental to Leland NC, when I dropped off the trailer at the U-Haul location , that I specified at pickup, I was told it was suppose to be returned in Myrtle Beach. The pickup store charged my card for 147.00 which was not what I was quoted for daily rental I had trailer two days . Won’t be renting U-Haul again too much bs
ROBERT AI had to call to make sure everything was complete since the app wasn't working well. The people working there got everything taken care of within minutes. Outstanding.
