Mike NThere are two locations with "Leechburg Road" addresses, and 56 Mini Storage also has two locations - I believed I was renting from a different location and it made it difficult and confusing to find the correct location.

Autumm BThe gentleman that checked me in kept me long enough to miss everything that got put into storage and I was unable to help my family move it into my storage my stuff that is which was all of it so whenever somebody says that they need to help do something with the U-Haul that does not mean talk to me more and find more papers first would be nice to have been able to help he was very courteous though even though not letting me get to what I needed to do first the U-Haul unit storage unit was nice and dry and just the right size the grounds was well kept pretty nice and clean

Alan FTook a picture of the fuel gauge and milage when I left and put gas back in to the exact level and still got charged an extra $8.80 for fuel. It was exactly where it was when I left. Mentioned it to them and they said that I would have to call uhaul and explain it to them.

Anthony UI was a little disappointed in my rental experience regarding online booking. I reserved a truck for the Bear Creek Road location of 56 mini storage for pick up at 1145. Upon arrival, i was informed that my truck was at the leechburg location. This delayed me almost an hour. if the vehicle wasn't available at my desired location, i believe the booking site should've made that more clear.

Rebecca BI had reserved a 5 by 8 trailer a month and a half before needing it and on my way to pick it up was informed that it was not available, so i had to use a 4 by 8 that they decided would be ok.....NOT ok....had to take a second vehicle, so added more gas money, more tolls. Worst of all when asked if there was a difference in price, I was told she would have to check....I'm sure she already knew there was, I did and I don't even work there.

joe pNot the locations issue, but I had done pre-checkin and Uhaul and there was a refund involved - it took a call to uhual to have it fixed and it ended up taking longer than if I had not done pre checking and just walked in. Thankfully the location was on the ball, because uhual sure was not.

Erica CThis location was 30 miles from my home. I reserved my truck a month in advance. I'm angry by how poorly I was treated by Uhaul. I spent a quarter tank of the truck's gas just getting back home to load it.
Asher MPlease make sure you know the rules for one way trips. You told us there will be no overage charges for miles but there were. Other than that service was quick and very personable.

GARY VRepair the emergency brake! Facility and owners were great but they are also aware the emergency brake sticks from previous rentals. I would gladly recommend this facility!
