I can not think of anything that needs to be done to improve. I believe U-Haul climate controlled storage on S. CAMPBELL, Springfield, MO has shown themselves to be a step above other similar companies already! The employees are great! Jonathan, Maiden, and Mark went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and meet our needs and requests. They were amazing!

CONNIE AIt would be reassuring if the person at the pickup location contacted the renter to confirm they’ve seen the reservation and will be there. Even a quick message saying, “Yes, I received your reservation and will be there,” would help provide peace of mind.
