From start to finish, everything went smoothly. I was unable to use the app to return the U-Haul and Tina was very pleasant to work with. She took care of it with out any questions. I would highly recommend using 65 85 U-Haul rental.

U-Haul scheduling was terrible to work with and called me 2 hours before my pick up time to tell me I now had to drive an additional 45 minutes to pick up the truck. There was no apology or attempt to make any reconciliation for the inconvenience.
