Very little help from the attendant. He did not know how to hook up the trailer. This is a gas station. Do not rent from here. Go to a full service uhaul dealer.

I was told I had a mileage cap and I would be told how much I owed when I returned the trailer. Trailers are unlimited mileage! I had to ask for help to hook the trailer up which I did myself with help to lift the tongue of the trailer. Just did not receive the usual customer service I am used to from U-Haul places.
Joseph KPickup was fine, despite some bad weather and slow internet. The return was interesting, with the man at the counter telling me how much he hates U-Haul because they don't get commission. He even joked that I would never come back to this location. It was a little cringe. The truck was fine. It was clean and didn't have any damage.

Ronald ETruck smelled like cigarettes, steering wheel was sticky. Nothing against the employees but getting extra charges for doing good is not cool. 2 stars for nice staff but very dirty truck.
John PThe clerk did not know anything about uhaul guidelines. The dolly & blankets requested were not in the truck, and the clerk did not have any at the store.
Bonnie SRep didn't know how to process the rental, had to call someone to walk her through the process. Not only did she not know how to process, I had to take all the pictures of the truck. Totally unpleasant experience....what was I paying for when I had to do all the work?
