The clerk did not know anything about uhaul guidelines. The dolly & blankets requested were not in the truck, and the clerk did not have any at the store.

Rep didn't know how to process the rental, had to call someone to walk her through the process. Not only did she not know how to process, I had to take all the pictures of the truck. Totally unpleasant experience....what was I paying for when I had to do all the work?
