U-Haul did not fulfill my order. The U-Haul was not the size I needed and ordered originally and did not have a furniture dolly.

DAVID PIt would be easier to refill the gas exactly if it started full. Expecting the customer to exactly hit 5/8 is unreasonable especially when the fuel gage only works when the key is on.

EDWARD GThe car trailer was missing the front chain. The two employees were discussing it and one said "it's optional." That's not right. Luckily, Ed Tomlinson at the Uhaul of Miramar noticed that it was missing and put it on before my long drive. Also, I was instructed to put the back cain on in a certain way and Mr. Tomlinson also noted that it was incorrect. So the Oceanside location must need some additional training on the car flatbed equipment.
SUSAN LP.K., the owner, was very helpful and assisted in the disconnect of the trailer and return of my adapter (for the lights).
GREGORY MHelpful after all our upset with truck! And what do you know air conditioning stopped working started to work again when we dropped it off. And yes we know how to turn it off and on because we had it on the whole time before we left Vegas. We tried turning it off and on waiting an hour trying again and nothing after awhile we quit trying. The window we let them know about the steering wheel. They stated they were happy we let them know everything wrong with the truck.

RODNEY UMore explanation of vehicle functions. Gas tank was not full and required to fill before starting trip. This was an inconvenience.
MARK SThe front suspension and alignment was messed up and all towing was very problematic with the front end shaking violently. Every time I went to use the brakes. This was not evident until we were driving and towing the car. I’m very disappointed given how much this vehicle cost to rent and it was not safe to drive.
Steven RI made a reservation and the woman charged us for stuff not on the reservation. What a con! Plus you have us a truck with a quarter of a tank and she said that there’d be a $20 credit She changed the drop off location too! The drop off guy charged us $29 for gas even though we added gas Then she did $16 for insurance we didn’t want Refund us $45 please
Mikaela MGuy who helped me was smart and professional. Hooked me right up and i was set to go. Drop off was off to the side of the tire shop and seamless.

Whitley JEasy, efficient, truck seemed brand new. I was hesitant to do a mobile Checkin and drop off with potential for this user error but all was smooth in the end.
