Manager was helpful, especially since it wasn’t our original pick-up station.
Sheila WWhen I received the truck the fuel gage was at 1/8 of a tank. So the first thing I had to do was get fuel before I could use the truck. Getting fuel should be the last thing to do before returning any vehicle. There wasn’t any parking near the store, had to park several blocks away.
IAN MThere was no people cause it was after hours and the drop off location was not clear at all. When I tried to use the app to help it gave worseand more unclear instructions then the reciept had.
Amber GYou blame them, they blame you. The trailer had a bad tire with a screw in it, all 4 tires were misinflated, 2 tires were mounted with all 5 lugnuts backwards which is very unsafe. One wheel was missing the dust/grease cap, we had to regrease and hope for best, tire repair roadside was late, and could not correct dust cover. One center rear light was flickering. This is unacceptable. We had to perform our own safety inspection, call roadside to correct issues, in my driveway prior to departure. These delays make other activities impossible as time ran out. Operator of store washed his hands, "not my problem". Except he said it was checked and good, and his hired help to make sure it was hooked to trailer correctly did not understand ball mount sizes, we had to educate him on the difference of 2 1/2 and 2 5/16, as we as point out that it was a 2" ball. total joke. Operator also gave me the wrong roadside service number, was unaware of the mistake he had been main on an ongoing basis. Failure at almost every turn.
