Not a good location for a Female to rent and return at night. I had to park across the street in the Coaster parking lot. When I returned the van it was very isolated. I asked the owner to park it his lot and he said no. ALSO VERY FRUSTRATED WITH UHAUL THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I CHOOSE THE CARLSBAD LOCATION AND THE NIGHT BEFORE THE DEALER IS CALLING ME AND SAYING THE UHAUL OVERBOOKED AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A VAN. NOT RIGHT IF IT HAD CONFIMED MY LOCATION AND THEN YOU SWITCH IT THE DAY BEFORE. MAYBE NOT GOING TO BE RECOMMENDING UHAUL BECAUSE NOT RELIABLE.

Ulalia TDuring the pick up of the truck one of the gentleman was conducting the rear light check of the truck and trailer. He acknowledge that the lights were not working and suddenly another gentleman from the front desk come out and said they were operational. Arrived home and had my wife assist me double checking the lights and we found that both the truck and trailer lights were not operational. This is the reason I prefer picking up trucks from a u-haul rather than a uhaul neighborhood dealer.
