DONALD SAfter my reservation was moved twice by U-Haul, Oceanside was excellent. Using the U-Haul. app, I made my initial reservation at the Carlsbad location. Only to be informed that Carlsbad is more focused on storage and not trucks. It was good that U-Haul called me and let me know that, good customer service.My reservation was transferred to Vista (shipmate). When I arrived Saturday morning per my reservation to retrieve the truck, this location was not even open yet and there were no trucks in sight. I called the U-Haul 800 number and was told that my truck was not returned the evening before. My reservation was then moved to Oceanside and I drove there to get my truck. I would suggest to U-Haul to remove Carlsbad and shipmate from your app locations as they clearly have no truck inventory. Oceanside was great, plenty of inventory and they took care of me very well. There is even parking nearby if you need to come alone and leave your vehicle while you are using the truck.
