Ulalia TDuring the pick up of the truck one of the gentleman was conducting the rear light check of the truck and trailer. He acknowledge that the lights were not working and suddenly another gentleman from the front desk come out and said they were operational. Arrived home and had my wife assist me double checking the lights and we found that both the truck and trailer lights were not operational. This is the reason I prefer picking up trucks from a u-haul rather than a uhaul neighborhood dealer.

I've rented from another dealer in Oceanside and the difference between the two is vast. I've also rented from a place in Vista and this place was also better than that place. Even the facility was user/renter friendly...lots of space to park and to park the rentals. The experience here was smooth, fast and attentive. The person I dealt with upon pick up had a great attitude, was very helpful and walked me through every detail...and didn't take long to get me going on my destination. If ever I need to rent a truck again, I know where to come to next time...here. Thanks. No improvement needed.
