The location where I picked up was THE WORST!!! Treatment I've ever experienced. That place needs to lose their rights as a UHaul Dealer He was not helpful very rude. I feel I need some of my money back and you can take it out of his pay. He was the only one working the convient store which first of all not a good place to be a dealer when it's busy with people buying scratch offs every min and was taking away from my time getting my equipment Then I had to pull out my own truck and hook up the trailer. The store was difficult to locate. I was done 40 mins before drop off and was not sent the text link for drop off until 30-20 before due and I had to run back and forth to take pics. Send the drop off link in the email. And prepare renter would be an improvementElizabeth H.

The strap ratchets were so rusty it took all my strength to strap down the tireseddie M.
No problem at all with the service at the rental location. Problem started when my confirmed reservation was at a location five minutes from my house for a small pickup truck. The morning of the reservation I was changed to a different location thirty minutes from my house. I noticed the change, there was no email or text from Uhaul advising of the change. When I arrived at the new location they did not have any pickup trucks. I tried calling customer service, but after holding for a while I gave up and ended up renting a small moving truck. In the end it satisfied my needs, but the location change to my reservation plus sending me to a location that didn't have what I reserved was a headache.SCOTT K.
Truck was not clean. I went 30 miles and put $7.86 of gas in truck at location where I turned truck in at and they still charged 7.50 for gas. This would not happened if someone would have properly checked me out.ROYAL B.

Very horrible experience. They gave me the wrong Uhaul truck. I couldn't reach the phone listed on the contract store because the phone number used is non-functional. There was a tornado warning and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do since the return form would not let me proceed with the incorrect odometer reading. Could connect to uhaul customer support after 45 minutes on hold on phone. For this inconvenience there should be no charge and mistake should be corrected so that customer is not left hanging in diffcult situation.RAJANISH P.

I went to the designated area marked for uHaul. I waited while the guy sat behind the counter for the convenience store. I finally just had to go to that counter for help. He gave me no paperwork stating that I had returned the trailer. Just said that was it. Which is fine, except that nothing was inspected and it was weird assuming that they accepted it returned in good condition.JOSE M.

We were billed in error for gas and I have called 3 times to get this corrected with no return phone call. This is the 2nd time we have used this location and the last time we were also billed charges that were not accurate. Those were corrected but I am not able to reach anyone this time or get a return phone call. Seems like this will not be the location that we use in the future because they do not keep good records of their equipment which cause unnecessary frustration and expense.Dean F.

The service person was great. The truck had bald tires and I was very concerned on a potential failure of the tires and especially zero traction in rain or inclement weather. We were very concerned about the safety. Thankfully, we were only driving around DFW, but if on an out of town trip we would NOT even considered taking this truck on a longer distance trip. The truck seemed sub-par. Additionally, I was given extra day extension costs for $20 which I thought I had executed properly, but was charged full-rate. This wasn't well received and the ability to access the account/app and ensure the extension was registered properly was a very wonky. Lastly, I attempted to contact the location on two occasion's and my call went to voice mail. The location was also way out of the way but the only closest one where I could get a truck that size...so I understand about supply and demand. This is the 3rd time I rented a truck that size in the past 7 days and I had to go to three different U-Haul locations.John S.
