Attendant had no idea what i rented
David CFor this particular site, I would ask the staff to do a better job of making sure all trash has been removed from the cab and also the storage area. Also, they should be noting the actual miles when the vehicle is returned. I was charged for mileage I estimated and not actual mileage. The staff at this site were very nice.
