Well I noticed lack of training throughout this whole process , my rental was blocked in behind other uhauls during after hours , simply being organized I would of had it in the front . A furniture dolly wasn’t available when I picked up the rental but I was charged for it . The second location I went to they couldn’t make changes so I just took the 12$ hit to just speed up the process but either there’s lack of training or there’s just set to fail on the system given to them . The truck was fairly new . But with the truck being blocked off I had to wait till open next day and then I only used it for 5 hours before I returned it . I just didn’t like the experience this time .
