The customer service was awful.. he seemed extremely annoyed and was just unfriendly overall. And he would not accept a copy of my digital DL ID (because I’m waiting on an appointment to get a replacement ID) or my passport, as proof that I am who I say I am.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing everything was fine except one windshield wiper is completely missing and it started raining. So maybe get that wiper fixed.
jeffri aI was over charged and still being charged days later. Customer service was trash as well. I was charged for days I didn’t have the vehicle. I am very disappointed in the service I received
Timothy PWell I noticed lack of training throughout this whole process , my rental was blocked in behind other uhauls during after hours , simply being organized I would of had it in the front . A furniture dolly wasn’t available when I picked up the rental but I was charged for it . The second location I went to they couldn’t make changes so I just took the 12$ hit to just speed up the process but either there’s lack of training or there’s just set to fail on the system given to them . The truck was fairly new . But with the truck being blocked off I had to wait till open next day and then I only used it for 5 hours before I returned it . I just didn’t like the experience this time .
Eduardo CTerrible location gave me the truck on E and tried to charge me for it saying it had more gas then it did and I have the pictures
