VERONICA TThe parking lot is a little tight for folks without a lot of experience with larger vehicles, but it was as simple as asking for help from the man who checked us in for pickup. Over all a great experience. Really appreciate that the ac was cold on such a muggy day full of heavy work.
RACHAEL TThru the whole process no one mentioned a deposit; then when I picked it up they said I had to pay a deposit because I was using my debit card. NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!!! STILL WAITING ON MY DEPOSIT!!!
CHARLES PWhen closing out I was told I would be contacted in regards to an additional fuel charge it was trying to charge me and instead of them contacting me like it said and allowing me to provide the pics I took BEFORE I pulled off to show that the fuel level was on exactly where it was when giving to me they just went and charged my card without notification. Which is THEFT

Morelia PTruck was fine but communication with U-Haul was the problem. I made my original reservation for Spring, TX and then called to move it to the day earlier. They changed my reservation then I got a call from a representative telling me the truck wasn’t available at my original location so they offered me 30% off to move it to another location in the next town over. When I got the revised reservation it was for a location 40 minutes away - not the next town over. I called and the agent insisted that I had agreed to this location which I would not have done because of it being so far away. I told them to go back and review the phone call which they probably recorded. So they changed the reservation to a closer location but refused to give me the 30% off. When I checked the revised reservation, they had changed my drop off location, which had been Ohio all along to Texas where I picked it up. Very frustrating and I felt I had to follow up and check up on them all the time.

JOHNNY GPrimary concern is that uhaul only allots a certain amount of miles then proceeds to send me to a pick up location I did not choose, both in a bad area and several miles further from my pickup location!! Very shady business practice. Less than ideal customer service.

Eksmeiro BTwo things I did not like about the service and truck. The service using the app is not good. I could not auto check-in as the keys were not in the vehicle and ready to go when I got there, and the App was not working to allow the check-in. The trucks at this point should have a way to connect a phone via blue tooth so that the driver does not violate the laws by driving with their phones.

attique lThe gentleman at the counter was very helpful. I had a messed up reservation and he really came through to fix it. All that said... Corporate, you have a screwed-up system! The app wouldn't let me create an account or get my reservation.

Doyal BI drop off the equipment and the person at the drop off location moves it to where they want it. He told me if I don’t drop it off where he wants it he won’t check it in for me. That is not my responsibility as the customer. From beginning to end this has been a terrible experience, fuck you U-Haul I’ll never use you again

William TI rented an appliance dolly and a trailer online to move a refrigerator. I arrived to my pickup location, NO APPLIANCE DOLLY!! It put me in a jam, seeing how I needed the dolly. My only feedback would be to make sure you have equipment available to rent BEFORE providing it as an option to your customers. It was a real pain in the ass moving the refrigerator without the damn dolly! Shitheads

Ruben MThe difference in the quoted price over the actual price with the explanation of higher taxes, felt like deceivable business practices. Note the quoted rental fee was $24.95 yet the actual rental charge was $49.95, which was explained as taxes, however, taxes were added to the $49.95 fee.

The trailer was on its last life, when I returned it to a actual professional uhaul location they said it should’ve never been rented to me that it was completely messed up. Waiting on uhaul for my Uber refund and some compensation for my inconvenience!
