I rated this low due to complications returning. There were no places but 1 to park a 26 ft truck, unfortunately the area all were parked backward in my one spot had a huge mud hole.. this made it very difficult and ended up having to drive it in forward to get it parked. Not a knock to owner of shop but needs to address this before uhaul charges people for something not at fault of them.

JEFF CWhen I picked up the truck I told the guy that I needed to return it to a different location that would be close to where I was going to be. The employee told me in order to do that I needed to call and find a location close to where I was going to be that would accept a return. I did that and headed to a location about 9 miles from where I was with the truck. When I got to that location to drop off the truck, I opened the Uhaul app to complete the return and I found a message saying I was supposed to return it to a location only 2 miles from where I originally was. So essentially I was lied to about the return process by an employee who obviously didn't know the correct procedure. This caused me to waste time and of course I was charged for the extra mileage I drove to turn around and get to the correct location to return the truck. I called Uhaul to complain and have since found out that the manager or owner of the location from where I picked up the truck says it is no fault of his. Of course that's what he's going to say because God forbid he admit his employee made a mistake and he hold someone accountable for that mistake. All I want is the extra money back that I had to pay (14 miles + the tax charged on those miles). I'm waiting for the MCO to call me back about this issue, but if no one is going to do anything to correct this mistake then don't bother. I will just leave my bad reviews and use a different company for any future needs.
