The staff at 7 Stars Auto Center were very attentive and tried to understand why my price quote had changed dramatically but eventually said I'd need to call U-Haul.

The console and dash were dirty, and the vehicle check engine light came on.
TYRONE WWhen I got there, the attendant checked my reservation and gave me the key to the truck. He said: It’s that one. It would have been nice to have the attendant walk me over to the truck, check gas and mileage and show a more personable service without me asking.
