We booked for a 7-7:30am pickup as we were driving 6+ hours. Get call day before only available at 10am. Showing up at location no one there called U-Haul number twice they called worker who said he was there but wasn’t. He finally rolled in around 10:30am. Process to get truck was difficult because of language barrier and him not being clear on info he was asking for. Didn’t get the truck till 10:49 by the time all was done. We also asked for York street drop off when reserving and they gave us a location and extra 10 mins away. Terrible experience don’t be renting again.
