The pickup location was not open at 10 AM & it made me very tardy to load the trailer. Worse, the employees didn't seem to care, nor did they appear to know anything. The guy that helped me turned out to know what he was doing, but I would refuse to use this place again

amara HI actually locked it like a normal human, you're welcome. Fuel was marked as 7/8 for pickup yet it was 3/4. I dropped it off above 3/4 yet was still charged extra for gas discrepancies. I ordered a 10 ft truck and 2 day use time with less miles needed than what was altered for the order which was guised as a discount. I find that hard to believe 2 extra days, extra miles and a larger truck produced a discount. Quote ended up being much more than my original order until I contacted someone named Mike who ultimately removed $50 apparently.
