The check in was a bit difficult. The guy at the market did not have my reservation when I got there. It all worked out in the end. The rental was a bit more expensive that I thought it was going to be. We had the truck for 1 hr to move a mattress and boxspring and the bill was almost $80. Not including $10 worth of gas to refill the tank. But then that is on UHaul more so than the pick up location.
Rhonda HAfter a full day of unloading, we tried to return our U-Haul to the place located on our original paperwork. Unfortunately when we arrived there we were told he did not have the room for our truck. He mentioned we should have received an e-mail letting us know that the drop off location had changed, we never received it!!
YVONNE PWindshield was full of bugs, staff was unprepared and took forever.
Jason JIt wasn’t advertised to us as a gas station so it was very confusing. Would have been nice to have had a heads up.
