The location is nice enough and very well lit, which I appreciate. I was not notified in advance that my truck would not be available at the scheduled time—instead, I didn't know until I went to pick it up that it was being returned 3 hours late. Nicholette was extremely helpful and polite and tried to work out the situation as best she could, but other stores chose to be unhelpful to her. Returning the truck was an unclear process. I was unhappy with the situation but again Nicholette was a super star and very kind.

I would not opt for check in via a mobile device next time as it seemed to update out of sync with other drivers picking up their rentals. The vehicle assigned via my account was rented to another driver. The person who helped us was able to easily adapt the situation because another 15' truck was also in the lot but had there not been another, we would have had to pick up elsewhere.

I was charged twice for my Can rental. I've emailed twice, from a link provided in my e-receipt. I emailed hours ago and have yet to receive even a notification that I have a service ticket waiting. This location seems very disorganized and since it is a gas station, they leave helping you to help a customer that's has purchased gas. This was the worst experience I've had at a Uhaul place.

For the most part, fantastic customer service. Richard - the guy with the long beard pumping gas - was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Bill is also excellent. The shorter, chubbier white guy behind the counter sucked. Clean truck. Dolly worked well. Called me ahead of time to notify me my truck was going to be late. Had a few hiccups with payment, but the guys were great. Would come back.

Please maintain the trucks and vans. The van was filthy! It had candy on the floor and empty water bottles. Some of the staff in the gas station outside was rude and yelled at me for following directions from staff on the inside. I would not go to this location again. I have been to other locations with very professional and kind staff that even gave me snacks as I waited. I left that location knowing I would never recommend going there to anyone.

System was slow to finish rental process. After fees, the rental was nearly 90.00 for 4 hours. Will not rent again.

The checkout process was upwards of 30 minutes as the woman did not know how to use the computer and the attendant ignored me when I pulled up to the pump to get gas.

Wish the truck had been swept out and in broom clean condition when I picket it up, as that's how I left it for the next customer. Agent on phone and at 76 station desk were both excellent!

Brown-skinned customers are treated differently at 425 NE Broadway, Portland OR (76 Gas Station) - this location requires three (3) references fro brown-skinned customers and they are treated as if they are doing something suspicious. Only 1 (1) reference has been required at other locatons. DO NOT GO HERE - THERE ARE OTHER U-HAUL RENTALS IN THE ARE WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED FAIRLY.

Truck was super dirty inside. Trash left over from person before me that I disposed of. The people that helped me at the counter both times were extremely friendly!!!

The truck had sunglasses and a sign from a previous renter. The windshield was dirty on the inside and out which made it harder to see driving at dusk. However, the woman that helped me fill out my paperwork and get my keys as well as the gas attendant who helped me get the truck checked back in are outstanding employees. They were both very friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. Absolutely top notch!

I had a terrible experience renting from U-haul. First off, I was charged for 80 miles of travel but I only used 37 miles. I took this picture of the odometer when I received the truck on Tuesday (see attached) and it read 43640 miles, and I returned it at 43677 miles (see attached) I was also falsely charged for gas that I didn't use - the tank was not full when I received it, so I filled it back to where it was when I started. The photos will also show that. My experience picking up my rental was also terrible, so being charged extra after having such a bad experience makes me feel very reluctant to use uhaul again. When I arrived at 76 gas station to pick up my reservation, the vehicle was not present. I proceeded to get help from an attendant and it took them over an hour to sort out a new rental for me. When I opened the back of the truck, I saw that it contained a box spring that someone had left behind so I showed the attendant and they refused to do anything about it. Frustrated and still in need of a rental to complete my move, I chose to use this rental anyway. The presence of this extra furniture significantly inconvenienced me for my move, as I had to maneuver it in and out of the truck to get it out of my way. I then returned the truck with it inside again, not having time to do anything about it.

Added extra equipment to my truck rental. It was not included with the rental. It made my move very hard without it. I made three phone calls and wrote I email and I am still waiting for my refund to post to my account over a week later. My move was difficult without the equipment that I ordered, it took much longer than necessary and I damaged some of my personal items in the process. I would not recommend u haul
