I ordered a few dollys that were unavailable. Gas was empty when I picked up the vehicle yet I’m expected to fill up the tank?

Todd MI was charged for optional features which I did not approve. I did not see a way to dispute these charges. If I had completed the booking online myself, this might have been avoided- still the rate shouldn’t “optionally” double without approval.
Daniel TI was overcharged both for gas and for equipment that I didn't request, or even have in the truck. It has taken several attempts of reaching out to customer service, and they still have not completed the refund process yet. The A/C in the truck only worked on the highest setting, one side mirror was non-adjustable, and the driver's side door had to be slammed to close fully. A complete headache from beginning to end.
