Absolutely horrible experience at this location. Do not get a U-Haul here. Took me over 40 minutes to check out and seemed like person working there did not know what they were doing. They did not have the correct number of furniture pads, could not help me in removing charges for a dolly I did not want and then 6 days later finally processed the payment and charged me $70 claiming that I hadn’t filled the tank. I only drove 13 miles total and filled the tank AT THEIR CRAP GAS STATION but got no receipt when I asked it to be printed. Could not have had a worse experience for a short move. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT PLACE!

We reserved two dollys which were not available at pickup and which made our move more challenging.
