I requested to have the U-Haul be self check out since I was picking it up outside business hours. The location did not have the vehicle set up to do so. I called U-haul representative and they confirmed the location did not have it set up. Luckily the gas station had someone that showed up early that could do the check out for us.

David GAbsolutely horrible experience at this location. Do not get a U-Haul here. Took me over 40 minutes to check out and seemed like person working there did not know what they were doing. They did not have the correct number of furniture pads, could not help me in removing charges for a dolly I did not want and then 6 days later finally processed the payment and charged me $70 claiming that I hadn’t filled the tank. I only drove 13 miles total and filled the tank AT THEIR CRAP GAS STATION but got no receipt when I asked it to be printed. Could not have had a worse experience for a short move. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT PLACE!
