Simple efficient very easy, the truck was great easy to drive, moving sucks but it didn't suck on Sunday it was easy

TARIQ HI dropped the truck off after hours. It was a gas station, so I planned to fill up the gas tank on site, but the pump didn’t work. It was a bad area of town and I didn’t know where to find the next closest gas station. Because I had to drive 1 1/2 hours out if my way to pick up the truck, I made a request on the U-Haul app at sign-out that gas fee be removed, but I was charged anyways.

DENNIS BTracy at this location was great. Originally I went to the 2890 Brunswick Pike Lawrence, NJ 08648 location which held my reservation. They were not open at the advertised hours (around 7:30am) which was a very bad experience. Your customer service reset my reservation to 474 Brunswick which went great.

ANDREW SThe 2nd location we went to was great! The first, where we originally reserved the truck, did not have a truck when we arrived. It was supposed to be returned and wasn't. It shouldn't be available to rent until it is returned, we had to drive to 2 different locations and wasted over 2 hours getting a truck. The location we finally got one from was excellent!

Jean JAmazing experience all around 5 star review. In scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in Advance and arrived at the pick up location and got my U-Haul rental and was on the road in less then 10min.
jermaine dOperator at location was extremely helpful, and even though the small office was overwhelmed with clients, he managed everyone well, was not chaotic or stressed, and I was somehow pulling away in my truck rental within 5 minutes even though I was the 4th person in line when I walked in. 5Stars!
