U-Haul 15 truck was in bad shape. Something with the gear shift for sure and on/off ignition. One of the guys who works at the location was rude, there was no gas when I got in the truck!! I was so panicked I called customer service.

Cinda DI chose a rental location near my house and received notice a vehicle was not available. I was sent three plus miles further away but noticed that two different locations less than a mile from my house had the exact same trucks sitting in their lots as I passed by. I am left questioning why I was sent to a gas station with one truck instead of a UHaul facility.
