When I placed the reservation I selected the Nolan Hill drop off address, as it’s only 4 minutes away from my new house. I did not appreciate the last minute change at 11AM on the day off. I did not read my text message in detail to realize that my drop off location got changed, I feel that’s not the most effective way to communicate such last minute change to your customers. It was also a struggle to find the designated return spot.

I wasn't originally clear on the blankets, whether they were rented or purchased. So I had to come back the following business day to return the blankets realizing U-Haul had charged me "missing charges". I guess my bad, but I wish that was better explained. Otherwise, the 15 ft truck worked like a dream for my office move in the downtown core. The location was reasonably convenient and staff were helpful. Thank you, JB

Maybe it’s been renovated but the office itself seemed to be in pretty bad condition. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive.

I was told by the associate that I would be reimbursed for the unused gas above 1/8 of the tank. Please train your employees that they fully understand the contract so that I'm not wasting more money than I need to and would have just filled up to the amount I only needed.

The truck needs maintenance. Breaks kept screeching truck rode really slow in a 50 zone. Felt unsafe driving. I paid for insurance coverage in case for damages and yet didn’t get my refund back after no damages were made

Other Uhuals charge $ 19.95 but we were charged $107 ( though we agreed as per km ) we found is very expensive for just 2 hrs

Small dispute over gas consumption. I drove 11 kms and the gas gauge moved an 8th of a tank.....vehicle was on an incline when i picked it up maybe. They were kind and professional. I will go back. Happy customer.

Don’t supply a rental truck with less then a 1/4 tank of fuel and the then returned you charge a $30 fee for less then 1/4 tank. You need to maintain your rental truck much better and not supply rentals with a check engine light light on then question me on it when returned.

We returned the moving dolly and moving blankets on the 18th of August. Our account was not credited for this we where charged the full rental. The attendants said there was nothing they could do. I asked for the $48 credit but they would not give it to me. They said I need to file a complaint if I wanted the credit. Please credit me the $48 for the early return of the Dolly and 6 blankets Thanks

What the actual fuck. I booked my reservation and it was swapped to a different location because it was off hours. I never received any notification of this. This should be a very obvious email to your customers. Not the fault of this location but rather U-Haul central.

I picked up vehicle with no fuel and was told to return it the same which I did and then charged second this was to be unlimited mileage which I was charged, the amount was not great but it’s more about customer service and this forces me to look around next time thank you I hope this is dealt with in a professional manner!

The price that I saw while booking it online through the app was less than i what i paid when i came back after use. It’s a scam with customer. Also, their odometer calculators are not accurate.

The truck's battery failed twice, requiring a roadside call for a boost. Lost ~3h because of this incident.

I just walked in and the pickup and drop off service is simple and fast. The front desk guy was courteous and respectful. My only inquiries is picking up, you need to park your own car and pick it up after dropping off U hall equipment or vehicle. The only option is to pay a parking close by for between 8 and 11 dollars. Thais an additional cost we need to think about. Or come with some esle who will drive back your car….

I had a very negative experience at this location. First, there was no customer parking available, and there had been NO WARNING about it when I was booking online. As a result, I had to pay additional fee to park my car in the public parking nearby, which is OUTRAGEOUS. Second, the employee at this location was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNCOOPERATIVE. Third, the truck I was given was a wreck, it kept bumping, clattering, and shaking wildly at every curve or road unevenness, so I was afraid it was going to fall apart. Fourth, the truck's odometer was set to show the distance in miles, although the distance charge was to be calculated per kilometer. And finally, looking at my bank account, I see an additional pending charge of $15 by U-Haul, which will hopefully disappear once the transaction is finalized - otherwise I will have to dispute it. To summarize, dealing with this U-Haul location was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, and I will NEVER use it again and will discourage others from using it. This dealer is a disgrace to the U-Haul family!
