It wasn’t the pick up location I had a problem with it was getting ahold of customer service that took over an hour and a call back while I was at work that could of been avoided, as I tried to call on my break. Then the customer service set this location up and it was out of the way and downtown Calgary in rush hour and through construction. Over all the customer service needs to be better and not passing off calls to departments that aren’t the right ones.

in terms of the gas, its way better if customers pick it up with a full tank and return it full as well rather than estimating since its not really accurate. it just makes things complicated.
