Muhammad AI was charged a $10 fuel fill up even though the vehicle was with the same gauge reading. The agent I spoke to said they had a photo of the original gauge reading and suggested I return to the rental location to see it. I travelled 35 k and refueled 5 litres of gasoline. This should have been enough to replace the gas used. I hate when a business sucks extra money from a customer that is unwarranted. This is not good business practice.
Glen MClean /vacuum the front cab. Passenger n driver side. It could be cleaned little better under seat around the seats. BUT overall staff was great n I always use uhaul for moving stuff

Carlos SStaff were friendly. It would be nice to know that the truck has trouble with the ignition. You need to turn the key (hard), turn the steering wheel to the left, and step on brake. If you don't know this, it can be scary. Also, take 5 seconds and vacuum cookie crumbs out of the cup holder. That's gross.

Juanita MBeing as it was my first experience, using a U-Haul I thought everything was pretty good. Just hard to get a hold of people on the phone.
Steven CAlthough the location etc was great, I’m actually very disappointed with the service. Upon taking the truck the fuel gauge says 321km and the take was quarterly empty. Upon returning the vehicle, I overfilled and the rep was fairly rude by saying, there’s nothing you can do. Should the truck come with a full tank, I would have happily return it full but when I returned with almost 400km, 80km over what I had taken they said there’s no way they can refund. Bad experience.

Not only did I not get my usual for a solid hour after the pick up time due to their lack of communication & disjointed processes but I was charged a crazy amount for less than what I used at another facility. At another U-Haul I had a bigger truck AND drove more yet I paid less than what I did at this location with a smaller truck and less km / less gas used. The facilities were gross, dirty & unwelcoming - like an old broken down make shift office. I will never use U-haul again.
Sydney SThis location was sketchy at heck. I don't understand why the app needed my card information, or even to book on the app, because the people at the location did not go through the booking, we didn't get the two dollies we books, and we had to put a deposit of $185 before we were allowed to get the truck. The booking was $60, which was to include the two dollies, yet, no dollies, we had to request a dollies. We also had requested through the app we wanted it for 24 hours, we had to bring it back by 530pm the same day.

Kate TWhen arrived to the office to pick up the van , I was told I needed to provide the credit card as this was “ the policy of the manager “ The fact that I had an email with reservation confirmation saying that all major credit and debit cards were accepted was ignored As I didn’t have the credit card with me , I lost valuable one hour that I could have spent moving . Suggestion for the location: Please make sure your policies do not contradict the policies outlined on the website.

Ronald WThe biggest hitching point at this location is that you can't park the vehicle you arrive in, and there is no notice of that until you walk in to the place. It's incredibly frustrating, that the only option they have is an impark lot behind their site -- so, you're paying to park there, or you're paying to catch an uber. At a minimum buying your friend a coffee for the ride you beg them for. Truck was fine though.
Nathan MIrinca the live chat agent was fantastic. I dropped the keys before realizing I needed to take photos for the return. I was able to email the photos straight to her and she helped me complete the return easy and breazy.

Mark WI am writing to express my confusion and dissatisfaction with the pricing structure of U-Haul services. Initially, the application I used for booking declared that the service would cost $19.95 + $1.09 per kilometer. When I arrived at the vehicle pick-up location, the staff member asked me to sign on a digital tablet to confirm the receipt of the service. Later, I discovered that I had signed an agreement to pay for the fuel consumed at a rate of $1.78 per liter. I feel that I was misled in this situation, as the need to compensate for the fuel cost was not declared in advance during the booking process. Additionally, when I verbally asked the staff member at the pick-up location whether I needed to refuel the vehicle or compensate for the fuel cost, I was told that it was not necessary. At the time of receiving the vehicle, the fuel tank was less than half full, making it impossible for me to monitor and compensate for the fuel I used. I kindly request an explanation of how the pricing for this service is determined and why I was not informed in advance about the need to compensate for the fuel cost.

William GTook half an hour to sign out the van and i was told to bring it back by 11 even though I was picking it up at around 2. I showed a picture of the gas level below full when i took van even though they said full - and then they said that it was fine to bring it back at that same level so I brought it back the same and was charged $13 for gas. I have the gas receipt to show I put more than what I used. Vehicle ran rough even though new.
