The truck had the drivers miror broken. the renter told me that she wrote it in the cobtract. My husband and I asked if their was another 10 foot cube she said no . We asked about the 15 foot she said it was more expensive instead of offering iit to replace the 10 foot one.. The driver s miror was poorly taped because it was broken and I could NOT fix iit.I I could only see the road with that miror and I could NOT see the cars .. It was extremely stressful. I drove for 2 hours from Candiac to Gatineau. I even called the renter halfway to tell her that I was extremely stressed and it was dangerous to have rented me that truck i asked her again if it was written in the contract because I did not see where she wrote it. To see if I would change lanes I had to put myself so low on my seat that it was dangerous. The person did NOT offer me an alternative. When I brought the truck at the Gatineau drop off the manager and the 2 employees were horrified what they saw.. one even sat in the drivers seat and said it was totally unnacceptable. i have stressed much that I hurt evewhere in my body.. my husband was following me with his car to make surre I could change lanes.. I want a refund for stressed.. I could have had an accident or caused one because olf that miror. I taped more because I did not wanted to fly away and hit another car.. I am very upset. The renter was speaking to me half french and half english..

The first truck had a brokn mirror. I recommand to inspect before renting.

Your team canceled my reservation within 12 hours of the actual moving. They relocated me to a pick-up destination further from the initial one. They downgraded my truck from a 20-foot to a 15-foot one without my consent. The actual system on-site was down when I went to pick up the truck. There was no one on-site when returning the truck. The total amount was almost double what the initial quote was. I will NEVER recommend UHaul to anyone who can avoid your company.

C’est indiqué ouvert sur la bâtisse et il n’y a personne, le service au téléphone est en anglais seulement, personne sur place, tout ce fait par téléphone, mon contrat était avec kilométrage inclus, on me facture du kilométrage, pas de retour de leur part, je trouve le service inacceptable, pas moyen de voir personne

Dans la van il y a un caoutchouc sur le plancher et cela n’aide vraiment pas à glisser les boites

I spay with frenche services email in English Rente for 24h,, 2pm to 2pm next day, when I picked up at 2pm , you ask me to bring it at 10 am next day , I pay and I don’t used it because my friend available to help my next day after 10am next day
