Izzalarab BAu départ, tout était parfait. À notre retour, un homme inspecte le véhicule et revient en disant que tout est parfait. Nous quittons l'établissement. Le lendemain, je reçois un appel de la femme qui nous a servie la veille. Elle me parle en ANGLAIS seulement et me dit que je devrai payer 50$ pour faire nettoyer la fourgonnette. Ce montant est chargé à ma carte de crédit immédiatement. Comment se fait-il qu'on peut me charger le lendemain? U-Haul garde mes données confidentielles dans son système? Est-ce légal? Je suis pas mal déçue.
Carolina EAvoir une meilleure écoute du client. J'ai demandé 3 fois à ce qu'un frais optionnel soit retiré, on ne m'a pas écoutée. Lors du retour de la location, la personne concernée n'a pas voulu me servir. Heureusement, une autre gentille personne a pris le relais et a procédé au remboursement.
Tania BI rented a truck in person and I wasn’t asked anything about additional charges. Later when I saw the receipt I was charged for 16$ for coverage. If I had known, I would’ve asked not to put it because my card already covers any rental vehicle insurances. Would’ve been nicer if they had mentioned it.
