I had booked a truck 2 months in advance and even reconfirmed my booking 48 hours before the date. I received a call 24 hours before my booking date where I was told that my booking is moved to the afternoon in another city than my original booking! And was left with no other choice. That was frustrating I am not gonna lie, and messed up my moving day plans! And to prioritize new booking over previous/old ones was a big shock for me! I am questioning the probability for me to do business with UHaul in the future again...

Folly TThe price was higher than what I’ve been told when I did the reservation even if we respect the length and kilometers. The lady said it would be 184$ on the phone and I was charged 263$.
Carolyne DPOS system was slow and therefore creating delays for all the customers; fixing performance of the system will surely be a major improvement to quality of the service offered.
