Truck was dirty, had water bottles and debris all over the cabin. Smelled so bad that i had to drive with windows open instead of using AC
Aliona MEverything went wrong! We were supposed to have the truck at 7am… a coupe days before we were informed it would be 2pm… then the day before, it was 5 pm!! On the app it was 345$… it finally was more than 700$! We were supposed to have équipement with it! There were none! The kid (employee) gave us sonne finally but told us we had to bring it back three and not let it to the drop of point… which was wrong finally because the guy at the drop of asked me where the équipement was… so now I have to go back to the place I took the truck to return the équipement a left home finally!… Everything went wrong and transform a day that was supposed to be a new start toward a beautiful future into a stressful and frustrating day! I asked to be compensated

Hassan FI rented a trailer for 2 days. Finally I brought it back after 24hrs and I asked the woman if I could be charged only for 1 day instead of 2 she said yes, just put the trailer in the backyard. When I asked her for my receipt, she said it will be sent to you by email. I never got the receipt and I was charged for 2 days.
