L’agent n’est pas au niveau de la clientèle. J’ai reservé la prise a un endroit et le dépôt dans un autre endroit, je me suis trouvé que je suis obligé de le retourner au lieu de la prise . Je l’ai appelé et elle s’en fichait de moi. Et j’étais obligé de parcourir 30km plus pour ne remettre. Service à revoir, je me demande aussi comment mes paramètres ont été changés, !!!!!
