No services! I arrived at the locations to pick up the truck and it was not ready. Nobody told me beforehand so I had to wait more than an hour for it while all the people helping me to move out were waiting for me. I ask for a discount and the receptionist said that a discount of 50$ was apply. It was not! I paid in full. I talked to the costumer service and they say somebody will reach out since I submitted a complaint but nobody did.
Christopher SJ'ai commandé un camion plusieurs jours a l'avance, arrivée pour le pick-up il n'étais pas prêt, j'ai du faire 30km de plus pour aller en chercher un autre qui etait garé de façon lunaire, entre un arbre et un autre camion , résultat, 1h pour réussir a le sortir de là. Aucun professionnalisme, c'est la dernière fois que je loue avec vous !
