The only drawback was the inside windshield was very dirty and we had to clean it due to it being difficult to have a clear vidioon.

susan mI was sent to this location and arrived to pick up a vehicle trailer. I had to walk and hook trailer in a muddy area holding water. The clerk had to manage a liquor store while I connected the trailer to a 20 U-Haul truck I had to pickup an another location about 15 min away. Total disaster
Curtis BMake sure trailer is fully clean out prior to next rental. Outside had mud on it. Rep at location would not help hook up trailer told me they wouldn’t do it, made me do it all while they waited inside and then they came outside to take pictures.

Mary PFirst don’t leave them on the road for 10 hours. Second don’t loose their car keys making the spend $400 to get off your equipment so there wouldn’t be another late charge basically just treat your customers as if they are family

jack hWorst u-Haul experience EVER. Tried to reserve a 26' truck, but none were available. I then book a 20' truck. On the day of the rental, I received a phone call telling me the 20' truck is not available and I can only rent a 15' truck. It was a local move, so more trips were required due to the smaller size of the truck. I was unable to get the truck back by the originally scheduled time and was told I would be charged a $79 late fee for two hours of extra time. The daily rental rate was $29.95. Unbelievably poor customer service. Fortunately, I will never be using u-Haul again since this was my last move ever. Casey at 99 Liquors was very helpful and friendly with the rental. He was the only good experience of this rental.
Donald GForgot equipment that I rented which caused a 2 hour delay waiting for them to open. Which caused the truck not getting back to original location and me being charged for it. Truck was filthy smelled like smoke. The back of the truck was muddy, dusty, dirty. Did not get any kind of discount for not having my order ready and we’re making me late for the day and overall three days now.
chris zI unloaded my trailer at about 7: 30pm and was able to drop it off that night. The store employee was courteous and personable, and offered to help me if I needed it. Thank you.

RUBEN RThe cashier was too busy eating her lunch to help me. She told me to park the truck, which caused me to have to walk from the very end of the parking lot. Then she had me fill out all her questions to close the transaction, as she ate. I then she asked about the dolly and said I needed to go get it. I told her I’m hungry and exhausted from trying to complete this move. She then agreed to get it herself. She complained saying she didn’t sign up to do uhaul she only wanted the job at the liquor store. Very poor service and very unprofessional.

KATHY SI was given a dirty trailer, a trailer with a water leak, and a trailer that the lights cord had been repaired and was not long enough to stay in the holder so I had to have someone follow me for 95 miles so no one rear-ended me since I didn't have any lights. A lot to improve.
Al KI arrived late with a dead cell phone (forgot charger). Gwen graciously checked me in, country-friendly the whole time, and made sure I was OK to go. Wonderful experience.
CARLTON WThe simple process took much too long to rent, I was the only customer too. The man could not read well and did NOT understand the computer program. He finally asked some else to enter my info, well over 1.5 hr. He also left it for me to find out what unit to take and I had to hook it up myself, he truly was clueless. I also did not trust him to hook it up correctly.
