Sales person not helpful with truck issues

RUBEN R.The cashier was too busy eating her lunch to help me. She told me to park the truck, which caused me to have to walk from the very end of the parking lot. Then she had me fill out all her questions to close the transaction, as she ate. I then she asked about the dolly and said I needed to go get it. I told her I'm hungry and exhausted from trying to complete this move. She then agreed to get it herself. She complained saying she didn't sign up to do uhaul she only wanted the job at the liquor store. Very poor service and very unprofessional.

KATHY S.I was given a dirty trailer, a trailer with a water leak, and a trailer that the lights cord had been repaired and was not long enough to stay in the holder so I had to have someone follow me for 95 miles so no one rear-ended me since I didn't have any lights. A lot to improve.

He finally asked some else to enter my info, well over 1.5 hr. He also left it for me to find out what unit to take and I had to hook it up myself, he truly was clueless. I also did not trust him to hook it up correctly.

Gary S.The location is a liquor store, and Friday at 5 pm is not the time to pick up a trailer. Only one employee and he spent more time on other customers. Also, they are closed on Sunday, had to pay another day of rental because they were not open. The CSR said I should have dropped it and left it on Sunday and I would not have been charged another day of rental. They should have told me this when I picked it up. What a scam.

Robert S.When I searched online this location didn't show availability. I had a truck reserved at a way further away location. I accidentally found this truck available on my own.. Website never showed me this location. This location was 4 miles from my house. Just saying . Mileage cost is a little high. $1 per mile plus I'm buying fuel is high. I originally thought I read .79 per mile final bill charged. 99 per mile. . Other then that the location was perfect.

Michael R.I am still awaiting after returning the trailer on Sunday for my money to be put back in my account...my paperwork shows charge of 26. and they charged me 59.29 out of my checking...the cost for the trailer was 18.95...no happy until it is resolved...we have had to call 3 times...still not resolved

andrew F.Did not feel right renting from a Liquor store. The truck was filthy, had to sweep the back when I got to my apartment. Also, no one helped me with getting to the right truck. I had to try each truck until the key worked. The mileage was not checked before to confirm. Just overall below average. It is a shame to UHauls Reputation.
Ahmad M.I will NEVER rent from these people again. First off, they have the incorrect phone number listed with Uhaul, so when you get the text telling you to call to confirm, they tell you another number to call. Secondly, this is a liquor store and they care more about their liquor customers and make the renters wait while they ring up the liquor customers. Lastly, I input the city/location I would be dropping off at, they changed it to another out of the way location causing me to have to call customer service and sit on hold for almost 30 minutes just to get it corrected so I'm not charged a fee for wrong drop off location. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
