Renting the vehicle went well. The vehicle was clean and was mechanically in great condition. I had problem with the U-Haul app, I was never able to open the app and take care of the necessary documentation.

Karen WThe man renting the truck to us made us think we had to rent the truck for 24 hours and over and did not explain there was a mileage rental, even though we told him where we would be driving. We only needed the truck for 4 hours and ended up paying over 200 dollars for the rental.
