The whole process was very smooth
Gwen BThe A1 North Mini Storage drop off location had hand-written signs stating that the lot was full and not to drop off trucks or trailers. This was very confusing to numerous customers who were dropping off U-haul rentals.
Michael Flots of furniture pads in there and actually occupied quite a bit of space but we had a great experience otherwise so thank you!
Jody HThere needs to be a wheel on the tongue of the trailer. The average person can’t pick up the tongue to connect to a vehicle. Even the employee couldn’t pick it up.
Michelle FTheir hours are 9am - 1:30pm. They open too late, and close too early.

WILLIAM CId say that considering I only drove 22.1-25 miles and you are trying to bill me for 206 miles driven I'm pretty unhappy with the service. Maybe it was some kind of clerking mistake but I believe outright fraud a more likely reason. I've already sent an email but I'm going to call the location Monday to see what this is all about. There's no way I'ma take this sitting down and just pay the fraudulent charges.
DAVID BThe location was closed even though it was a work day. I used the key drop off but no one from u haul told me I had to close the rental through the app. Pretty sure I was charged extra. I will never use u haul again. Terrible experience. Bad customer service all around. 20 minute hold times when calling.

Shelia WLocal contact was nice and took care of the problem of wrong truck available and then no truck available. Very disappointed that a truck booked months in advance was not available nor any truck available. Local contact finally found a truck that was in use that she allowed us to take even though it was wrong truck type and not technically available. Kuddos to her but not to Uhaul scheduling not having a truck when needed
JAMES SMy original reservation was sent to Tire King in Statesboro, GA but when I arrived at 9:00 they did not have my truck available. I called U-Haul reservations and was told that location had a undelivered truck and they bumped 2 or 3 people back and my truck would not be ready until 12:00 or 12:30. They advised I would have a $50 voucher due to the error. The other location did not have a 15" truck so I had to take a 20" truck which was more expensive, more difficult to drive and used more fuel. I was instructed to contact u-haul to have my voucher emailed. I assume the voucher is for another rental and if so I have no idea when I could possibly use it??

JAMES SThis location was great and the people there were very professional. What was not appropriate was the corporate Folks who initially had my reservation who apparently did not have the right reservation and when they spoke to me In a condescending in embarrassing manner
THOMAS CAfter I dropped off my 5x8 trailer, the Uhaul dealer assessed me a 90.72 late fee. My contract was extended by three days by the UHUAL RETAIN STORE in California due to the weather (cross-country trip). I left messages for a follow-up call with the Uhaul dealer, but I never heard back. "We are on site assisting customers," as mentioned on a recording, is just not accurate. Return date and time were observed during regular business hours (Mon-Fri). The bar code on the trailer was also invalid. The process was completed once I dialed Uhaul's main number. I would like my card to be credited with $90.72.

Brenda JThis place is only open a few hours every day. Closes at 1 everyday that if they're open at all. Delivered the trailer back at 3:30 pm and they charged my card $20.00 for after hours drop off. Sorry way to do business.

KEVIN DThe place was dirty outside and there was no one working. They had put a sign in the window that said back in 15 minutes, but there was someone waiting when I arrived who had been there for nearly an hour, which is why I switched to a mobile return instead of in person.

Mickey WThe trailer only had one usable strap as the other was ripped/torn off. The tire was flat. We were assigned a different trailer that wasn’t even on the lot.

Brenda CI had to use the U-Haul app for checkin and return, but had hardly any data signal so it took forever and was very frustrating. Also, it rained so after parking I discovered had to walk around the truck to take pictures; there is a ditch at the parking area and it was full of water so my shoes are ruined after standing in several inches of water.
DEBORAH CThose who check the fuel gauges of The returned trucks need to give the needle time to go the full distance before doing their readings! We were erroneously charged for gas because someone did not wait for the needle to go all the way so their reading was incorrect Thankfully, another U-Haul employee went behind that person and double checked the gauge for us so that the gasoline charge was removed.
