Frederick IThe location is convenient however the lot is difficult for drop off. If dropping off after hours you have to go back out on the road and back into a yard area then walk around the corner to return the keys and you have to park the pick up car in a different location. The staff was very helpful it's just an awkward setup.

TOMMY ATruck ran horribly. Vibration around 35-45 mph and 55-60 so bad could not even carry on a conversation inside the truck. Thought the mirror was going to rattle off. Rented many times before and this was the worst experience ever. Thought it was the roads at first, but did so even in interstate.

Steven SI had a truck reserved to pick up in Cassville, but when I arrived at the location the business was closed...no one there. I lost three hours of loading time trying to locate another truck in the area (had people ready to help me but had no truck). I found a truck at this Monett location and he was very helpful and had a truck ready for me when I arrived. The dealer at Cassville should be shut down.
scott s24 hour returns are wonderful when you can access the location and can return the truck without issue. However in the move without the proper dollies my foot was injured and climbing over chain gates and traipsing through a trashy, rocky back area was not ideal.

Sharon LVery friendly and very accommodating owner. He was wating for me when I arrived to pick up the trailer and the trailer was ready as well. I wanted to get on the road ASAP and was able to do exactly that. Note: The U-Haul car trailer is an excellent trailer. It towed smoothly.
