The only issues I had were due to manufactures design of the equipment. The activation of the Tow/Haul function of the transmission is done by pressing a button in the end of the shift lever, which is often accidentally engaged when simply moving the lever. It seemed that engagement was also automatically done when the engine was first started. A poor design feature by the Ford Motor Company Other than that I discovered the driver's side wiper blade was beginning to come apart. The rubber part near the outer end had become disengaged from the metal affixing strips which seat into a groove in the rubber. This would have in further disengaged and loss of function of the wiper in clearing the windshield being the result. It would have also likely resulted in the metal part of the wiper arm rubbing on the windshield and scratching it. Overall the experience was favorable and I would likely choose this location for any future needs.
