the only issue I had was there was no instruction on where the truck would be and the lock box location. That information would have been nice to know since the location was not by the front door and office of this location. Instead I had to call Uhaul the morning of pick up and walk the location to find lock box and the truck.
BRIAN AI put more gas in then when I left and I was still charged 40 for gas. Just means I filled up your tank. Was told to fill what I took so don’t see point in charge is 40
Logan HTold should of been given reward for gas and cleaning the bed but they couldn’t do it. Terrible servie by U-haul.
Clifford MRex was great, the location is at the mercy of some person in Springfield MO. As a matter of fact, that person’s son hung up on me when he couldn’t help me when he said there was no remote pickup scheduled in Monett and refused to allow me to pick up my truck. I was forced to move critical time frame back and pack the truck and drive to our destination, being 24 hours behind. Then when I picked up the truck it had 66 miles of gas left. Was that observed when the truck was returned and Serviced?? I guess not! I have rented from Uhaul for well over 30 years. The dispatcher who hung up on a customer with a reservation for over a month and a half and refuses to do everything or even anything to help. So his mom offers two days extension and $50 dollars off? Please, we had a deadline, what good does your days offer in response to incompetence that forced quite an issue for us. The outfit that services Monett MO is less than professional, I glean this from one encounter and watching the frustration that Uhaul terminal. Thank you
