It was scary. Location was not not good, Truck had issues. You have to go to the window where the screen is ripped out. You can not see the person. Very weird and scary.Linnie M.

1. The pickup truck was ready. 2. I had to find another location. 3. Drop off location had in computer that I was late dropping off. I haven't even picked truck up. 4. Uhaul kept changing my drop off location 5. I dropped the truck off on 9/12. The drop off location did not put me in system until 9/14. I reserved a 10 ft truck. When I arrived I was told it's not available. I had to ASK her was there anything else available. She never volunteered that info. I was given the option to rent a 9 ft truck with a bullet hole in the door, it wasn't clean and I had to overpack it because it was too small!Helen M.

If all equipment is not available make sure the cost for that equipment is removed pryor to charging customers. I was charger a dolly in which was not available I told was told to respond to text with that information in which I did so I wouldn't be charged for ot. I originally had reservations at ur jonesboro office on tara blvd.and the customer service was absolutely a nightmare . That man I think he maybe a manager is horrible and needs to be fired..I was upset because I had my stuff in storage and was moving so I reserved a truck one way and got the price plus I stopped by that store and made sure everything was set.so I got my movers and when I got to store on tara Blvd jonesboro ga...everything was changed and I wasn't even notified..that idiot was so rude..has from the north..I didn't get his name but he has a New York accent and VERY RUDE..GET RID OF THIS GUY OR UR GOING TO LOOSE BUSINRSS..the riverdale office/storage I give them a 90 only problem they need to open early.Marilyn R.

The owner has no personality to be dealing with the public. He was rude when I called to say no one was there when I needed to drop the trailer off. He said I guess u gonna have to wait and I said you should put your hours of operation online so people don't have to wait. Now when the office person did get there to open up she made a phone call about some paperwork before she ever asked to help me. So no I would never use them again.KATRINA C.

This was a one-way move, and the fact that not only was my location changed from the one that I selected, but the time was put off for 4 hours. This was communicated to me after 3 PM the day before my move. I had already coordinated moving help, and this put me 6 hours behind.KENNETH H.

I was frustrated by the quote from the confirmation before I picked up the rental truck. By the time I got and returned the truck, I found out that I was overcharged and the staffs in Riverdale areas did not try to contact the company to find out the reason why. She did not even tell me whom to call. This is the worst experience for the moving and I don't think that I am going to refer anyone for U-HAUL. Up until this point, I still had not answer from the company even I contacted them my emails but failed to get a definite answer from the management.Henry P.

There were ashes and cigarette butts left ijn the ash tray. The truck smelled like smoke. The windshield wipers didnt work well, they just smeared water over the windshield. Had to pull over and stay the night somewhere and prolong the move until the rain was finished because of this issue. Then charged extra mileage fee after dealing with this. Called the customer service department and filed a complaint and have yet to hear back from anyone! The customer service and equipment was not up to par. Will defintely consider another equipment rental company for my move in the near future.ANDREW E.
I had a reservation at the U Haul store in Tara Blvd where I usually rent. The reservation was not available and they did EVERYTHING in their power to ensure I get my reservation guarantee credit and also sent me to a nearby location to get my rental. Apon arriving to the location in question, they were very UNfriendly and not as accomodating as what I am used to from my usual location. They also charged me a clean out fee for leaving a business card (mind you their own business card) in the truck. I was VERY unsatisfied and if this would have been my first UHaul experience this location would have made it my last one.RUBIN B.
