Over charged I was charged a total of $304.67 for the total of the rental submitted pictures and ever thing in the self app then they charge me 2 days later an additional $76.98 which was already included in the final payment of $304.67. This is my first time with this location and in the beginning my experience was absolutely great the first clerk I dealt with was absolutely amazing. I think his name was Rick or maybe Ray not sure but he was very very professional through out the whole process and he always was very understanding. We need more well mannered trained professional, people person like himself in this world or work place today. But on the other hand when I got home to check my account I noticed extra charges was made to my account, so when I call the store location to get more information and understanding of why my account was charged twice I got a clerk name Joyce I do believe! OH MY she's a much different character! She was not helpful at all she was cutting me off, she didn't want to her what I had to say, she went on to say on it was dirty and that she should charge my account again because I was late and I wasn't I was trying to explain she goes to cut me off and say oh well there's not she can do so I should call corporate! I just couldn't understand why she was so rude, I have dealt with Uhaul for years but I have never experience this type of rudeness! Maybe she can take up more training or just not be in that field of work! Nothing against the company so I will most definitely use or refer family and friends! And thank you understanding and for looking into this matter and refunding my account!Tabbitha B.

My overall experience was the worst. It started with customer service during scheduling (the rep was very short). Next the truck size 17ft that I requested wasn't available. I normally use UHAUL for my moving needs with no second thought but after this experience I wont. Location that I requested wasn't open so I decided to go with the alternate given but realized that I'd have to do self service which I thought was ok until I read the reviews. I decided against this and wanted a live person, as moving is stressful enough. I arrived at the location (no one in line) and took over an hour to get my UHAUL picked up as the rep on site had no experience or training. She had to call the store owner several times to use the system and figure out what was holding system up. She finally realized that she hadn't recvd the last rental in. I was asked to complete the process via text verifying and was unable to upload pics. I said forget it, as I had a moving crew waiting. Upon returning the store cleark was unable to process the return and said she had to wait for the owner again. I was skeptical to leave without my final billing amt but had to leave anyway. I received my bill later which was wrong. There was a $25 cleaning fee qhich was removed and an insurance fee. I called the store and spoke to the same rep who had to call her mgr as she didn't know what was going on. I explained that I denied ins so shouldn't have been charged. She said well you must have chosen during your approval process on your phone. I advised the issues I was having on my phone. She said nothing she could do. The owner was short over talking and just wouldn't listen.Juana R.

The location is inside of a laundro-mat and looks a little sketchy, but the lady behind the counter was awesome. Parking is in front of a gas station so that's not optimal. I had no issues though.Preston F.

The truck we got was full of water and had only a 1/4 tank of gas. The woman gave me wrong information, she didn't give me the dolly I reserved. The trucks tires were in poor condition...overall the worse truck ive ever reserved and the worse location I've ever had to go to!!!Yvette C.

I feel that I was over charge for the amount that was originally told to me. I only went short distance in the same perimeter. I don't believe that I went over the permitted mileage. I had put more than enough gas that was not original in. I paid a total of $100.00 just going to Stockbridge, Riverdale Big lots. This was too much. Still don't know what the extra money compared to only rental of a $29.99.zandra L.

I originally requested pick up in Peachtree City GA. The agent with whom I spoke indicated that would be no problem. Then I got an email that the location and time would be arbitrarily changed to a location and time that was not convenient for me. The change process which I handled by phone was a total nightmare until I got to the agent named Carla.Pattisue E.

There was no signage from the street to know this was a Uhaul drop off location. We drove up and down six times thinking we had the wrong address. Finally pulled in to ask someone in the parking lot that pointed us to the cleaners. Signage is a must...get it together.Gaelle P.
Probably not their fault but this was a arduous experience. The frustrating experience for picking up a car dolly started with having to have information available that we were not prepared for in advance. We were there an hour and they showed no flexibility and were not helpful. We were not informed that we needed all of information for the relatives and all the different vehicle tag numbers. They didn't know the size ball needed to pull the dolly and then to top it off their printer didn't work. A lot of this could have been handled on the online reservation process.John D.

I spent more on milage fees getting to and from this location, then I spent on the actual miles used to move my stuff. I feel that Uhaul need to have enough trucks available in every location so that the customers don't have to incur the extra fees with picking up and dropping off the truck.LaTesha P.

Somehow my reservation was cancelled. I needed the truck for the full day because I had two separate moves. Was only able to complete one move because of the mixup and I had to return the truck in one hour. Also, I had to wait an entire hour before the issue was somewhat resolved.SHAKIRA B.
Eqipment broke and did not find out till 80 mi away. Mrs joyce was very polite and helpfull although no pre rental inspection was performed with me. When i returned the broke unit mrs joyces bos said i was responsible to make shure the unit was functional before leaving the property. Hopefully uhaul will make this right. I was refunded my deposit but tje 40 doller rental charge went un-refunded. To help the next customer maybe you should encourage all outside dealers ( as customer service put it) are trained in proper rental procedures.Gary J.
